Monthly hosting accounts span from the nineth of the month to the eighth of the following month. Accounts will be closed on the last business day prior to the eighth of the month unless you specifically request it be closed earlier. No prorated, partial, or full refund will be issued for any accounts regardless or the date of requested closure. You may request to have all web files recorded on a CD-ROM and sent to your for a fee of $10.00. (If your web files require more than one disk the fee will be $12.00.) When your account is closed, your web files will be permanently deleted.
